Added roasted red peppers and rosemary too. It was delicious!

I followed all directions and everything cooked perfectly, Presentation was restaurant quality. Being a mushroom lover I thought the mushrooms needed a richer flavor. I might try adding a bit of Worcestershire sauce next time.
