    excellent. I modified the recipe a little by adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and a capful of oyster sauce to the skillet while sautéing the mushroom and onions. I also seasoned the chicken breasts with onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning before searing in the pan. the family loved it. would definitely make again.

    Quick and easy recipe. I used Baby Bella mushrooms and cooking sherry instead of recipe suggestion. My husband and I loved this chicken dish.

    Very tasty. Used shiitake and button mushrooms, about 210 grams of them, which was plenty for two people.

    Reminded me of chicken marsala. I don't have garlic olive oil, so used three cloves of garlic to good effect.

    I followed all directions and everything cooked perfectly, Presentation was restaurant quality. Being a mushroom lover I thought the mushrooms needed a richer flavor. I might try adding a bit of Worcestershire sauce next time.
