    Probably my most used recipe from Yummly. It's perfectly spicy and has a lot of flavor, and can be made with very inexpensive, common ingredients but lasts a week or more when used for just dinners or as a side. This recipe made my poor college student days SO much less miserable :) One substitution I did make, to bring down the calories and because heavy cream never sits well with me, is to sub the cream with 1/4 cup milk and a couple pinches of flour to thicken it.
