It tasted ok but was pretty bland. I served it with pasta but had to add some Siracha to give it any flavor. I wouldn’t make it again.

Great - skipped the wine and sliced the sausages after browning them. Served over farfalle. Will add to the rotation!

I added some chorizo to the skillet on top of the italian sausage to bulk up the sauce and it was delicious. Definitely making this again

Turned out fantastic! I added zephyr squash, celery & potatoes, simmered in beef bone broth. Served all together beside long grain rice. Teen boys had several servings....

It was really good. I didn't have wine so I just made half cup of beef broth and added a splash apple cider vinegar. I used mild Italian sausage. I didn't used that much oregano. I thought it would be way to much.
