    Great recipe for sausage and peppers! We made hoagies, and topped with mozzarella under the broiler for a few minutes! Yum

    This came out very delicious. I added paprika and it gave it a slight kick. I also cut the sausage in half and trimmed the edges off so it would cook the sausages well done on the inside.

    I’ve made these three times now, and it never stays long for me to take a picture, which is a shame because it’s so pretty and colourful! I used tomato paste instead of crushed tomatoes since that’s what we had, and it turned out slightly denser, more full-bodied. On the second turn, I also added some paprika to give it more toastiness. It goes wonderfully with cooked white rice as well. Try it!

    Fantastic! Easy to make and relatively fast. Followed recipe but added 1 tsp. of Montreal Seasoning instead of just salt & crushed fire roasted tomatoes instead of just crushed tomatoes. Hubby approved & definitely a keeper.

    Used diced tomatoes instead and just let it simmer a little longer. Turned out well - nice little kick from the red pepper flakes. Plenty for leftovers!
    Easy enough and very tasty! I’d never used tomatoes with sausage, peppers and onions before, and it worked quite well on sub rolls.

    It tasted ok but was pretty bland. I served it with pasta but had to add some Siracha to give it any flavor. I wouldn’t make it again.
