We used precooked chicken sausage, which decreased the overall cook time. Delicious!

This turned out very delicious. My daughter, who never tried peppers before, even enjoyed it. So it got the picky kid award.

Treated great and easy to make!
Absolutely delicious! I did skip the wine, but it is the best sausage and peppers I ever made! My whole family ate it! Even the members that don’t like peppers!

I added some chorizo to the skillet on top of the italian sausage to bulk up the sauce and it was delicious. Definitely making this again

Made this twice now and each time it turned out great. You can also turn it into a pasta sauce with the leftovers

It was really good. I didn't have wine so I just made half cup of beef broth and added a splash apple cider vinegar. I used mild Italian sausage. I didn't used that much oregano. I thought it would be way to much.

My entire family enjoyed this!
Turned out well. I love garlic so I went with 6 cloves instead. Spicy chicken sausages were the meat and they were great. It looked like it would be too much bell peppers but it wasn't too bad. I may go a little lighter on the bell peppers next time. After adding the crushed tomatoes, I filled the can half way with water and added that to make it a little more saucy. Once finished cooking, put it on a hoagie and added a little shredded mozzarella on top. Very good!

I added an additional sweet sausage and cut them into pieces. All the flavors blend so well with this sauce! Amazingly good!

This is such a delicious recipe! The Marsala wine plays wonderfully with the bell peppers and the sauce
