Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese (shredded, about 2 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 French baguette

Directions

  1. Cook sausage in 12-inch nonstick skillet until done; drain. Cool, then coarsely chop.
  2. Combine sausage with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheet, then evenly spread with sausage mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Preheat oven 350°.
