Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 cups bread flour (or all-purpose flour, plus flour for rolling)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 envelope dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water (110 degrees)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus oil to grease bowl and brush crust)
  • 1 pound sausages (loose)
  • 1 red pepper (medium, cut into strips)
  • 1 green pepper (medium, cut into strips)
  • 1 onions (cut into strips)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
