I thought this was delicious and super easy. If you need more flavor pick a different sausage! Will definitely be working this into our rotation.

It was ok. I added more seasoning for better flavor. I saw other reviews and put it over spaghetti noodles. Next time I won't do that and just leave as be and use it as a keto meal.

My daughter, Staci, loved it - I used vegan Italian sausages, red & sweet orange peppers for the green, S&P.

It was delicious but a bit dry to my taste (I love creamy things). I’ll make more often cause is easy, quick, and yummy and you can combine with salad, rice or vegetables

Bland as-is. I would recommend adding diced tomatoes at a minimum. Cooked the mixture for 5 minutes in beer instead of water.

Add a portion of diced tomatoes and jalapeños; used fresh herbs instead of dried. Put a bit of garlic powder, paprika and red pepper flakes. Served over small portions of thick spaghetti noodles - next time I’ll try rice

Canned diced tomatoes add to the flavors served over fettuccine noodles
