  • 1/2 pound italian sausage (removed from casings and crumbled*)
  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 1 red bell pepper (medium, [or green bell pepper], chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package knorr pasta sides - alfredo

    Directions

    1. Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Remove sausage and set aside.
    2. Melt Spread in same skillet and cook red pepper, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in water and milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in Knorr® Italian Sides™ - Alfredo and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sausage; heat through.
