Really good will make again.

Baked on top of a homemade tomato sauce. Also had enough to stuff one bell pepper with the mixture. Fantastic!

It was very good. We added a couple shakes of red pepper flakes and cooked just a few minutes longer. Took the leftover filling and mixed with our leftover roasted sweet potatoes into a mash -yummy!
