Description

These savory sausage muffins can be made full size or in a mini version to increase transportability. The perfect addition to any spring picnic or brunch, these muffins feature your favorite smoked sausage.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams smoked sausage (peeled and sliced)
  • 240 grams flour
  • 120 grams margarine
  • 150 grams milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Place the cupcake molds lined paper molds in a baking tray.
  3. 3Set aside.
  4. 4Mix the flour, margarine, baking powder, milk, and eggs in the food processor.
  5. 5Add the sausage, and mix. A thick dough will form.
  6. 6Fill the muffin pans 2/3 full with the dough
  7. 7Bake until the muffins are tall and golden.
  8. 8Remove from oven, and let cool.
