It is 5 stars with some small/easy additions. Only a 3 stars as prepared. I highly recommend adding some spice to the sausage before shaping it into the pan I love some salt, pepper, fennel, and crushed red pepper. You may add what ever you want though. I also one time added spaghetti sauce on top of the sausage prior to adding the egg and veggies
