These were great. I used 3 cups baking mix instead of 2 after reading some reviewers suggestions. My kids loved them after I paired them with some Cajun gravy and eggs! I will definitely make these again. So simple and delicious. Next time I will add some diced veggies and have the kids eat them to give them some nutrition. Thanks for the recipe!
