- 2 mild Italian sausage (links, or any favorite one)
- 1 box frozen puff pastry sheets (defrosted according to the instructions.)
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or any other melting cheese you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

Rolled out the pastry sheets for more pieces and used apple sage chicken sausage. Everyone loved it!
