Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 10 ounces ground pork
  • 1 red onion (small, peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (deseeded and chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup green beans (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 cup satay sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 8 lettuce leaves (iceberg, chilled)

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the pork and cook for 3-4 mins until tender and starting to brown, breaking up the lumps with back of a spoon.
  2. Add the onion, pepper, beans, satay sauce and water and stir fry for 2-3 mins, until the onion is tender and the sauce has reduced.
  3. Spoon the pork mixture evenly into chilled lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
