It was ok no changes to recipe I liked that it called for regular milk since I didn’t have heavy whipping cream

My husbands favorite meal. I threw sliced potatoes, onions, ham (from Christmas) & 1/2 pack Ritz crackers into a bowl to mix all together. Then poured into a 13×9 casserole dish. I poured the cheese sauce over it and tossed it until mixed through. I covered it with more Sharp Cheddar cheese. Sooooo good.

Turned out great. I used 2 cups of cheese cause we like cheesy potatoes and it was a hit with the family

easy really tasty recipe i added some shredded pepper jack instead of the cayenne pepper.

so yummy we will make this again for certain! we skipped the hot because we have some tender mouths in our bunch. we also used 3 cloves of garlic instead of garlic powder.

It was amazing! There were no leftovers, and I received many requests for the recipe. It was the best AuGratin recipe I’ve ever made!

These potatoes were very good but I really altered the recipe because I was pushed for time. I used my food processor to cut the potatoes thin and evenly. Then I melted the butter, stirred in the flour and when smooth added the milk and it warmed slightly. In the meantime I put the sliced potatoes, onions and cheddar cheese in a 13x9 pan. I poured the milk mixture over it all, covered it with foil and baked for one hour. It came out delicious. The cheese sauce had thickened perfectly.
