Very good. I doubled the garlic and cumin and added chipotle chili powder. Served with half an avocado and fat free sour cream.
Update : I have done this recipe several times bc everyone likes it. The last time I used ground chicken and I know it was only a slight modification but we loved it!

It was pretty good, I doubled the meat, used 1 cup of corn and beans, added chipotle chili pepper, doubled the cumin and trippled the garlic, it was very delicious the peppers just were watery, I will definitely make this again. Spicy!

Super delicious! I topped it off with sour cream and it was very good! I had to have two!

It was delicious. However, I did not put the mixture into red peppers. We ate it from a bowl just like a burrito bowl.

Sooooo good, I will be making this again. I love having left overs. I made it tonight and my husband loves it.
