These finger shaped appetizers have a satisfying crunch. Garlic and tomato mixed with the mild flavor of parmesan cheese help to tide you over until the main meal is ready. Serve with the dip or sauce of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 grams milk
  • 3 wild garlic (leaves)
  • 6 sundried tomatoes
  • 20 hazelnuts
  • 30 grams grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, then mix the oil and milk, whisk to make a smooth paste. Add the chopped wild garlic leaves, the dried tomatoes cut into pieces, the crushed hazelnuts, and the grated Parmesan. Mix and fill flexible molds 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
  4. Serve lukewarm as an appetizer.

I was surprised at how well these tasted. The next day they were great warmed in the oven and spread with cream cheese in place of a bagel. This is a recipe I will be using frequently.
