Description

These finger shaped appetizers have a satisfying crunch. Garlic and tomato mixed with the mild flavor of parmesan cheese help to tide you over until the main meal is ready. Serve with the dip or sauce of your choice.

Ingredients

180 grams flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
150 grams milk
3 wild garlic (leaves)
6 sun-dried tomatoes
20 hazelnuts
30 grams grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
2Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, then mix the oil and milk, whisk to make a smooth paste. Add the chopped wild garlic leaves, the dried tomatoes cut into pieces, the crushed hazelnuts, and the grated Parmesan. Mix and fill flexible molds 2/3 full.
3Bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
4Serve lukewarm as an appetizer.
