Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomatillos (roasted (reserve liquid))
  • 1 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 knorr garlic minicube
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup white onion (coarsely chopped, rinsed and drained)

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients except water and onion in a blender or food processor, thinning with water to desired salsa consistency. Add reserved pepper seeds to taste. Combine puree and onion in a small serving bowl.
