Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (‘old-fashioned’, a l’ancienne–optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Place the salmon on a plate and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ingredients together well.
  5. Dip the salmon fillets in the mixture until completely covered.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
