- 1/4 cup hellmannâ€™s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
- 1 tomato (small, seeded and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 salmon
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine all ingredients except salmon and bread crumbs in medium bowl. Arrange salmon on baking sheet, then evenly top with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
