  • 1/4 cup hellmann’s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato (small, seeded and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 salmon
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine all ingredients except salmon and bread crumbs in medium bowl. Arrange salmon on baking sheet, then evenly top with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
