Salmon and Prawn Skewers

  • fresh salmon
  • prawns
  • 1 lemon
  • dill
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • olive oil


  1. 1Remove the skin and backbone from the salmon and cut into chunks.
  2. 2Place the salmon and prawns into a bowl along with the salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice and let marinate for 2 hours before threading onto skewers.
  3. 3Heat a skillet and brush lightly with oil. Sear the skewers, cooking for a few moments on each side.
