Ingredients

  • olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 leek (thinly sliced ​, only the white part)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon tea (dried dill)
  • 3 potatoes (medium, boiled and diced)
  • 1 slice salmon (grilled, flaked)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 6 extra large eggs (whisked)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet with a little bit of olive oil, fry the leek until very soft.
  2. Add the carrot, dill, and mix well for 1 minute.
  3. Add the potatoes and salmon.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in the beaten eggs, and cook over medium heat.
  6. When the bottom is cooked, use a plate to turn the tortilla over, and cook the other side. Or bake in the oven just until the top is cooked.
