    Tasty and very easy to make.

    It’s delicious. I roasted the tomatoes myself with Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil and salt in the oven then the broiler to make it crispy. Then cooked the salmon with the tomatoes, put coleslaw on tortilla, salmon-tomato on top, then sauce ( didn’t use sour cream), then avocados. Very good
