Ingredients

  • 600 grams salmon
  • 3 handfuls rice
  • 3 handfuls sugar
  • 3 tablespoons green tea
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of a saute pan with aluminum foil. Spread with the rice, sugar, and tea. Cover with another layer of aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon onto the foil and cover the pan.
  3. Cook on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
