Ingredients

  • 600 grams salmon
  • 3 handfuls rice
  • 3 handfuls sugar
  • 3 tablespoons green tea
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of a saute pan with aluminum foil. Spread with the rice, sugar, and tea. Cover with another layer of aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon onto the foil and cover the pan.

I thought this was a unique recipe to make and it turned out amazing. It had just a hint of green tea flavoring to it and the salmon slid right onto the fork like butter. Plus, the salmon did not get dry like most other recipes get. I plan to make this 5 star recipe again.
