Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 3 eggs
  • fresh parsley (minced)
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams salmon
  • dill

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, and eggs. Season with with a pinch each of parsley and salt.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a crepe pan and pour in the batter in to make the crepes. Cook on both sides and set aside.
  3. Let them cool and add the cream cheese, salmon, and dill.
  4. Roll the crepes tightly and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. To serve, slice with a sharp knife.

Use smoked salmon for this. The recipe doesn't specify, but smoked salmon has the most flavor. If you don't like salmon, these taste great with ham too. They are great for any meal of the day.
