Ingredients

350 grams salmon
20 grams parmesan cheese
1 bunch coriander
1 lime
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 fennel
salt
ground black pepper
cooked quinoa

Directions

1Cut the salmon in small cubes in a bowl, squeeze on lime juice, and a little salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
