- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 18 slices sliced salami (thinly)
- 18 slices pepperoncini peppers (drained, or to taste)

We call these pepperoni rolls where I am from, but roll ups is fine too. I don’t like the pepperoncini peppers, so we don’t use any peppers at all. I also used ham instead of salami. So, I guess I rewrote this entire recipe basically and just used the idea. It is a great appetizer and quick to make. The only part that is hard is getting it all on that piece of meat, it must be completely dry to stick.
