Ingredients include oranges, ruby red grapefruit and lettuce of your choice. The dressing contains lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper.

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit
  • lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and divide the grapefruit and oranges into segments. Remove the skin from each segment.
  2. Place the lettuce into a bowl and arrange the citrus fruit on top.
  3. Make the dressing by whisking together the lemon and orange juice, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad.

I followed this recipe according to its directions, it is fairly simple and easy to make. Not a lot of hard work required or tons of ingredients. Out of all the other fruit salads I have made similar to this one, this one has more flavor and pizzazz than any other. I would rate this recipe at 5 stars and I would make it again.
