Wow these are good. Meets the criteria for “quick and easy, but seems like it took a long time”. I did have to bake them for longer— about 17-18 min. The marshmallows just weren’t melted after 10 min. I may have overbaked them a little because the marshmallows weren’t fluffy (the tops were golden), but they didn’t taste burnt. They really are so good... I wish I had somewhere to share them. I made them on a whim late at night because they were quick and I had all the ingredients— there are only 5! I tried them when they were still warm and the chocolate was a bit overpowering. Like too rich. But after they were completely cool, it meshed really well with the rest of the bar. This is a generally rich and buttery delight. Just a note that I halved the recipe and used an 8X8 in. baking dish. I didn’t use the whole pan— I left about 1/2 in. empty on one side as I didn’t want them to be too thin. I used nonstick foil and just folded the edge to my desired size. I got 16 square bars out of it. I ground graham crackers to make crumbs— 11-12 sheets made 1.5 cups of crumbs. Make these!!!
