  • 2 carrots (sliced, ~1 cup)
  • 2 celery (sliced, ~ 1 cup)
  • 5 potatoes (small, sliced, ~ 2cups)
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups white beans (cooked, if using canned beans, rinse well before using)
  • 8 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning (Penzeys Old World)
