- 4 cups powdered sugar (1 [1-pound] box)
- 2 large egg whites (lightly beaten)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed, plus more as needed)

The icing turned out great. i mixed the first tbsp. of lemon juice with the egg whites then 2 cups of powder sugar just to see how the texture was coming. then i added the last lemon juife and powder sugar and voila! perfect royal icing!
