  • 4 cups chicken (shredded rotisserie or leftover)
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese (American)
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 potato buns (or soft hamburger buns)
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, celery and carrots in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Spoon chicken salad onto rolls, then top with cheese and lettuce.
