  • 4 fluid ounces stone ground mustard
  • 4 fluid ounces dijon (style mustard)
  • 2 fluid ounces maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon thyme (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper (fresh cracked)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt (adjust if needed)
