i threw an onion on tio with the garlic. ny marinade had strawberry jelly soy sauce deli mustard worstershire and if course oil. just the bees knees.

One of my most favorite pork loin recipes! I marinated the loin in Italian dressing, cooked for half an hour at 475 then placed a 1/2 inch of water in the pan and covered with tin foil to complete cooking at 425. The foil kept the moisture in and my kids loved it!

The coding or crossed is awesome. Great flavor. But I followed the temperatures exactly and then took it out 10 minutes early to check it and it was already 180° in the middle. Turned out very dry. Not sure how everyone else has worked so well at that same temperature. I would love to try again but cook for a lot less time. The only difference I can see is that I had a 3 pound roast instead of 4 pounds

Easy recipe which is now my go to for roast pork. These days, pork is very lean so I opted to marinate the roast for about 4 hours before following the recipe. The simple marinade was made with soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and pineapple juice. I've had to many dry roasts to skip this step.

Delicious. One suggestion...puncture holes in the pork before cooking and drive whole pieces of garlic into the middle of the roast throughout .
