This was so easy to make! It tastes great, and goes with just about any meal. It freezes well--I cut it into triangles so I could thaw just a few pieces at a time.

I have made this recipe many times, and usually make it as gift when I am invited out for dinner at a friend's home. They always ask for the recipe. Because I pour the flour in my measuring cups, instead of scooping it directly from the bag I usually have to add at least another 1/3 cup of flour. I have also found that in my kitchen I have to add at least 50% more time to the rise. It is just a great bread especially when you know how easy it is to make.
