- 14.5 oz. lentils (rinsed and drained, about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- parsley

Directions
- Place lentils in a saucepan with 1/4 cup water, a crushed garlic clove and 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. Cook 2-3 minutes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
