  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

    Directions

    1. Place lentils in a saucepan with 1/4 cup water, a crushed garlic clove and 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. Cook 2-3 minutes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
