It came out ok, but chicken was a little dry and due to its poor reception it’s doubtful we’ll make it again.

I read this recipe and threw my own spin on it. Tossed diced potatoes and onions around the outside. cut the breasts in half and set them on a lemon slice and topped it with one. tossed in the garlic and rosemary. so yummy. thanks for the inspiration for this recipe!!!

It was awesome! Chicken is so tender and juicy! I used this recipe to try new way of cooking chicken and it turns out fantastic. The lemon melted so you can dip the cooked chicken into it. Yum yum!
