This recipe came out amazing! I prepped the marinade in the morning and cooked it about 8 hours later. I was a bit worried that the taste was going to be a bit too mild for my taste since there weren't too many ingredients, but it's absolutely delicious. I had to cook mine for longer than 1/2 hour. It took about 1 hr and 15 minutes, but it was perfectly cooked at 145 degrees and the sauce was so incredibly yummy! The whole family loved it. This is definitely a keeper recipe.
