Very nice! The cake was perfect. I will use this batter for future layer cakes. Moist but not too moist. The caramel takes a long time. If you don’t have a lot of time use a different recipe. My friends absolutely loved it. Said it was their new favorite.
This cake is really yummy! It can be quite messy when glazing in caramel but just remember to really beat it before spooning on to the cake

It turned out soooooo delicious!!! My caramel was a little dark because I let the sugar cook a little too long but it just gave it a much richer flavor. An awesome recipe!

The cake was delish the icing was delish the cake was not presentable. I share the same experience with Erin. There was not enough info on when and how to ice this cake. Was I supposed to ice the cake hot? I am going to give this cake another go bc it was yummy but ugly

I can't leave a full review, as I butchered the caramel sauce, but the cake was very nice. It's one I'll try again. I need time for my nerves to come back though. I did feel it would be helpful if there had been more detail in the making of the sauce.
