  • 10 pesticide-free roses, petals removed and washed
  • 5 tablespoons Aperol
  • 1 liter sweet white wine
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 75 dry white wine (cl sparkling)

Directions

  1. Pour the Aperol, white wine, rose water and rose petals into a punch bowl and leave to infuse for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and add a little more rose water, if desired.
