Description

Brownies with a moist chewy texture. Every bite is filled with rich, chocolaty crunch. Dust with powder sugar to create a dark on light appeal. Serve after dinner to satisfy everyone’s sweet-tooth.

Ingredients

120 grams walnuts
250 grams dark chocolate
250 grams softened butter
6 eggs
380 grams sugar
150 grams flour

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3Arrange the nuts on the baking sheet.
4Bake for 15 minutes.
5Turn off the oven and let the nuts cool down.
6Once they are cold, rub them in your hands to remove most of the skin.Set aside.
7In a saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate and the butter.
8In a medium bowl, combine eggs and sugar.
9Whisk until the mixture is pale.
10Add the flour.
11Then stir in the nuts and the butter/melted chocolate mixture.
12Transfer into a 20X30 pan or baking dish lined with parchment paper.
13Bake for 25 minutes, do not overcook.
