All you need to make 20 of these tasty treats are raisins, Roquefort cheese, and hazelnuts.

Ingredients

20 raisins (white)
200 grams roquefort cheese (Papillon Revelation)
40 grams hazelnuts (powdered)

Directions

1In a frying pan, roast the hazelnut powder for 3 to 4 minutes. Be careful, the powder burns very quickly.
2Let cool.
3Crush the Roquefort with a fork.
4Coat the raisins with Roquefort by gently pressing the cheese until it sticks to raisins.
5Roll the balls in the hazelnut powder, put a skewer in the center.
6Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
7I use Papillon Revelation Roquefort because I find it creamier and softer, and it's a perfect match for this recipe.
