- 24 oz. chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions
- Stir together all ingredients in medium saucepan; bring to a boil and lower heat to just a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened and flavors are nicely blended. Remove to medium bowl or quart-sized jar, cool slightly, cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Makes 4 cups. About 16 (1/4 cup) servings
