Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon grate lime peel
  • 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 4 salmon
  • 3 cups slaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons wish-bone fat free! italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400°.
  2. Combine cumin, coriander, chili powder, lime peel and salt in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl; chill, if desired. Serve salmon with coleslaw.
  4. Arrange salmon on jelly-roll pan. Brush salmon with Spread, then sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
