  • 4 Tbsp. ginger root (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 30 mL olive oil
  • 1 roasting chicken (1.5kg to 2kg, giblets and neck removed)
  • 1.2 kilograms jasmine rice (cooked according to package instructions)
