  • 500 grams sausage meat (good quality)
  • 2 apples (Cox’s, peeled and coarsely grated)
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 100 grams chopped almonds
  • 150 grams parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 4 tablespoons flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 5 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 100 grams butter (melted)
  • 6 apples (Cox’s)
