Very easy and very yummy! I added red pepper flakes to spice it up more

It was good, but a little citric. However, adding some full cream milk or cream helps, and it’s nice and flavorful.

Very easy, rather than vegetable stock I used vegeta stock, and I used red onion instead, it worked out lovely

Awesome recipe. Will make it again. Easy and very tasty. Added some pepper flakes for a slight heat and creme fraiche for smoothness.

This soup was fantastic. We had so many tomatoes that I froze some of the soup. During the following winter I defrosted and heated some and it was as delicious as it was in the summer. Can't wait for those tomatoes to start again. Made soup with green tomatoes and it was also a definite "do-over".

The only modification I made was to add some basil! It was great my children both ate it without complaint as well!
