Omg I HAVE to Tell You, My Husband HATES sweet potatoes, no joke. However, he has a Medical Test and the doc says for him to Eat a Fat Free and Dairy Free Dinner the Night before. I found THIS recipe on Yumly! And he actually LIKED and ATE every sweet potato on his plate We Didn’t exactly make it spicy but we used garlic and onion powders mostly and a sprinkle of Nutritional Yeast,... along with the Olive Oil and added an Extra 15 minutes of Bake time! I turned out AWESOME! Thank you we are trying to be Healthier and This recipe helped us Greatly

Turned out great.. though i would probably go lighter on the spice next time and had to bake longer -abt 45 mins to get the crispy exterior!

Very nice plain and simple wedges I never knew how hard it was to cut sweet potatoes untill now 😂

Why do you have to add so many spices. Just plain roasted Yam or Sweet Potatoes rubbed with a little oil are delicious? It all depends on the size. The size I get here are about a lb. each. Cut them in quarters, rub with a little oil and roast them for 45 minutes. Maybe if they are real small 25 minutes would be enough. But we don't get any that small around where I am. And FGS don't add any sugar or honey. They are plenty sweet on their own.

Solid base recipe. I replaced the ½ tsp. of chilli with ½ tsp. of paprika + pinch of chilli + pinch of cinnamon and they turned out amazing.

I didn't expect these to be too spectacular but, was I wrong. These were amazing! I added a little splash of vanilla extract in the olive oil while tossing before roasting. Then, I drizzled maple syrup on top when they were finished cooking. So, so, so, so good!!!

Delicious! Made it a few times now. Definitely a go to for sweet potatoes

These were so good! I made them into little discs instead of wedges and it made it all the better. I was scared it would be too spicy but it was just enough. I will be making this again surely.
