It is a very simple recipe to follow. I used an iron cast skillet just like the recipe and it works better than a baking sheet. I used less rosemary. The fresh garlic is a must. Don’t skip. I will make this again.

I ended up having to cook it in the same pan as my chicken due to a small oven and only one rack. So only change not as much oil. But my guy and I loved it, going to keep it in rotation!
