I need to lower my oven’s temp by about 10 degrees next time, but otherwise, no issues. So tasty!

I used Italian sausage and added Brussels sprouts I added some honey mustard after serving to kick up the flavor. It’s easy to make and flavorful. I’ll definitely make it again

Tasted great! Didn't have parsley so substituted with Italian seasoning. Not sure if I sliced the potatoes too thick but removed Kielbasa after 50 minutes and then increased the temperature and finished baking the potatoes until they browned. Used leftovers with scrambled eggs for breakfast skillet the next morning

It was very good! I added sliced carrots and some dill weed. We had an apple salad and dinner rolls as sides. The only thing I would do different is add the kielbasa at the halfway point, it was a little overcooked. I will make it again!

Fabulous! Added some thin sliced onions and fresh garlic. Third time making this and it gets better each time.

Yummy recipe! I reduced the potatoes to 1.5 lbs and added a lb of green beans to cut the calorie count (372 cals, by my estimate). Also used basil instead of parsley (didn't have any). I liked it but my 13 year old didn't. More for me then!
