Oh my gosh! This was amazing! I’ve never cooked pork loin or tenderloin or pork anything (except bacon). My man was over the moon for this! It was so juicy and tender! I made the recipe exactly as is, and though I love to add my own spin to recipes, I can’t think of anything I’d do differently with this. YUM!!

Turned out perfect! The only modification I made was I used a combination of oregano, basil, and parsley instead of “Italian seasoning” because I can’t get that here.
